From 1979 to 1984, Dave worked as a Strategic Planner and Operations Manager for US Steel and National Steel. He relocated to Florida in 1984 and worked as a Commercial Realtor for Grubb & Ellis. In 1988 he opened his own real estate office, Centerpointe Realty and is celebrating his 20th year in the commercial real estate business. |
Dave was elected to the Dunedin City Commission in 2003. He is currently completing his second term as a city commissioner. Dave’s passion for service started as early as high school where he formed the Honor Committee recognizing top academic achievements. Dave continued his community service while in college and quickly established himself as a leader in Dunedin more than twenty years ago. Throughout his years in Dunedin, Dave has been dedicated to service and following are just a few of the committees and organizations he has been involved with:

Hobbies/Interests
Dave coached for Dunedin National Little League (now Greater Dunedin Little League) for over 14 years. He coached the 1995 Dunedin National Senior Team, which won the World Series, as well as the 2001 Dunedin Big League Team which came in 3rd at the World Series.
Dave also enjoys his time as a Little League Umpire (2006-present). For the past two years, Dave has been umpiring for the local little league and the Southern Umpires Association.
Dave is an avid sports fan. In addition to his love for local athletics, he follows the Duke Blue Devils, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tampa Rays.
